Robin Packalen, one of Finland’s most popular artists, has joined forces with electronic music superstar Alan Walker with an international hit released today. The Dust single is the most significant international release of Packalen’s career so far. The song was written when the duo performed on Walker’s sold-out Walkerworld tour.

Packalen and Walker’s journey began in 2021, when they first met while performing on Posse. Since late 2023, Robin and Alan have performed for more than 500,000 fans across North America, Southeast Asia, India and China on the record-breaking Walkerworld tour. The fan reaction to the song’s debut on tour was so overwhelming that the duo decided to release the song to celebrate the Walkerworld Europe tour, which kicks off tomorrow.

“Robin and I clicked immediately, and Dust reflects our energy,” says Alan Walker. “We wanted a song that would not only eternalise the excitement of live performance but also connect with people worldwide.”
